  1. Sales CRM: Manages business operations prior to sales, starting from enquiry, lead generation, tendering process, cost estimation with BOM and Bill of Resources (BOR), proposal generation, follow-ups, and amendment of proposals until the orders are secured.
  2. Core ERP: Manages the entire operation from sales order processing, BOM finalization with multi-level approval configuration, material management, stores and inventory, project-wise inventory management, HR & Payroll, asset management and tracking. All elements finally converge to finance, enabling the generation and tracking of project-wise costing.
  3. Service CRM: Begins with the installation and commissioning of the project, and post-sales, manages warranty maintenance, service ticket maintenance based on Service Level Agreement (SLA), post-warranty support, etc. It also manages spare maintenance, spare warranty claims with the OEM or suppliers, and replacements.

One of the major challenges in this system, the tracking of multi-stage billing and payment collection, and material tracking, is seamlessly handled across the system.
